Gap Princess, ridden by jockey Paul Hanagan, won in the 5th Regiment Royal Artillery Handicap at Catterick Race Track on Wednesday.
Gap Princess's victory at Catterick Race Track increased Richard Fahey's seasonal tally to 52.
Gap Princess was the picture of grit and determination when she executed a late blitz to catch Nuit Sombre and Countdown in the last strides of the match to eventually win by a neck and a nose respectively.
"She is a very genuine filly and we were hoping the easy seven furlongs would suit her as she got home well in the end." Fahey said with great excitement and exhilaration.
Fahey expressed his elation at his winning run lately, securing 13 winners in the last 15 days.
"I can't get my head around the run we are having - everything is winning, even the bad ones!" he said.
Meanwhile, Hanagan himself completed a double with another triumph as he brought Fistral with a good run to catch Mister Fizzbomb in the last stride of the Stockton Handicap at Catterick Race Track.
